Program Dates and Classes
Classes in the 2009 Winter/Spring Program start on Wednesday, September 30, and conclude on Thursday, November 19, and
Friday, November 20.
Class Size and Length
Most classes will require a minimum of 8 students to operate. The maximum number will usually be 12, but will depend upon
the type of class and instructional technique. Most classes are scheduled for 60 minutes; few are longer. Please check the
schedule carefully to assure no conflicts with pickups at class ending time.
Instructors and On-Site Coordinators
All class instructors are experienced. Most have taught the same or similar classes in other enrichment programs. References
have been checked to assure high quality instructional and interpersonal skills. Kids' Time reserves the right to substitute
instructors listed in this brochure or other printed materials, if necessary. An On-Site Coordinator will be located at each
school during program operating hours. It is this person's responsibility to take attendance, communicate special situations
to instructors, and respond to emergencies.
Arrivals, Departures and Class Locations
Children taking courses in their home school immediately after dismissal should walk from their classrooms to the designated
Kids' Time meeting areas where they will be supervised by the On-Site Coordinator. Parents of very young children should
accompany them through this process opening day. Children must sit at the tables provided and may use this time to eat lunch
brought from home (Wednesdays) or snack brought from home (Thursdays/Fridays).
Parents are responsible for dropping off all other participants. They should enter through the door designated at each school
and proceed to a seat in the meeting area. At the appropriate time, all children will escorted from the meeting area to their
classes by the On-Site Coordinator or the class teacher.
Parents should meet children at the designated meeting area at the end of class unless otherwise instructed by the On-Site
Coordinator. Children will not be permitted to leave on their own or with anyone other than their parents unless Kids' Time
has been notified. Our concern is for the safe arrival and dismissal of all children.

other reason.
